Recently I've gotten into Kitchen Princess, and I'm absolutely loving it ૮ >ﻌ< ა! After watching a cooking video that was Kitchen Princess themed, I just knew I had to get my hands on it. I saw the video almost a year ago and just now got into it... yeah, I know. (Side-note: You'll probably notice that I tend to drag my feet when it comes to getting into stuff OR I'll start a million series and not finish them). Currently I have volumes 2, 3, & 4 in my possession. I'm reading volume two rn and it's amazing. I love Najika's character. I feel like I can relate to her in some parts, especially with the struggling to fit in and trying to be happy despite tough situations. I've found myself particularly fond of stories with emotionally strong characters that prevail against all odds or the type of stories where a character thinks they're not attractive and turns out they actually are very much liked and stand out a lot. Idk it's so satisfying. Anyways, I. very. much. dislike. Akane. She literally bullies Najika out of jealousy bc she's close with the twins and is very skilled at baking. She's so petty, and the worst part is that Nakjika didn't realize she was pretending to be her friend until later, like ughhh. I remember when I thought someone was being nice to me only to realize later on they were making fun of me. It's so embarrassing ૮ ◞ ﻌ ◟ ა.
